You will be a lead member of a fast-paced team that markets to accounting professionals and brokers who focus on small business clients to grow awareness of ADP’s solutions and generate leads for our sales associates.
Establish and promote positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific marketing and sales objectives across our broker and accountant channels.
Lead a new marketing channel focused on small business brokers, leveraging other broker marketing within ADP, and developing marketing plans that lead to marketing and sales success.
Lead ADP’s Continuing Professional Education program for accountants and brokers that includes national webinars, group live sales events, on demand. program and interfacing with ADP’s web and content teams and CPE providers.
Marketing team lead for external industry partner marketing included in ADP’s Accountant Connect platform, developing and executing on marketing plans that benefit ADP and Partner.
Team member responsible for the execution of marketing programs and key sales campaigns, from start to finish, leveraging internal support, working with external agencies and sales training.
Help with analyzing channel results, insights and trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Strong communications and writing skills and experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Eloqua a plus as well as strong Microsoft Office solutions including Power Point and Excel a plus.
Ability to travel no more than 20% to tradeshows and events as needed.
