Position Summary :

The Health & Wealth leadership team has responsibility for delivery of the national TotalSource Health and Wealth programs enabling clients to focus on their core activities, maximizing value and effectiveness across the full range of HR programs, thereby creating a more strategic HR delivery to their workforce. These programs include group medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, voluntary, ancillary (i.e., Spending/Savings, Health Advocacy, EAP, Perks) and MEP/401k Retirement Plan. Drives the design and delivery of ADP TotalSource's Health and Wealth services and ensuring services are provided in alignment with quality and service standards, and in compliance with applicable laws (Federal, State and local). Manage large complex relationships with external parties, including insurance, brokerage, consulting, recordkeeping, audit, legal and investment vendors, to ensure procedural and fiduciary requirements of the plans are met and to conduct periodic RFPs to negotiate state of the art services and competitive pricing on behalf of clients and WSEs. Work with the governing Committees of the Health & Wealth plans and other TotalSource leadership to drive strategy, design, service enhancements and fiduciary oversight. offering supports over 500k worksite employees and Health premiums exceeding 3.5b in revenue and over 4.5b of 401k/MEP assets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Activities - manage associates responsible for achieving internal and external service and operational standards. Monitor cases, service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction. Utilize call monitoring, tNPS, NPS, A2A and additional channels to identify opportunities for coaching and ability to perform at set standards. Serve as point of escalation for items requiring additional support and oversight.

  • Process Improvement - Analyze operational workflows and processes and develop standards, policies and procedures. As applicable, partner with and maintain relationships, resources and operational controls with offshored resources to ensure world class service and achievement of targeted performance standards. Drive continuous process development, improvements and refinement, including development of standards that drive excellence, measurable results, scale and consistency. Ensures staff training is completed to capitalize on standardized processes and service standards.

  • Talent Development & Engagement - Lead and inspire team (including offshored and contingent associates) to deliver exceptional quality service to clients on health and wealth activities. Drive associate engagement, retention, talent/career development, performance coaching and appropriate programs to enhance the service experience and technical expertise. Handle personnel duties for department including selection recommendations for salary increases and promotions.

  • Financial Management and Budgeting - develop staffing models and refinement including creation of hiring profiles for all functions, new hire training & assimilation programs. Set and ensure adherence to financial components including overtime, contingent workforce resources and business expenditures.

  • Compliance/Risk Management - Risk mitigation through development and application of effective controls, communications, reporting and checks & balances to reduce financial exposure and liability. Ensure compliance with Section 125, ERISA, FSA, COBRA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, USERRA and any other applicable city, county, state and federal benefit laws. Manage activities associated with annual filings such as 5500.

  • Strategy and Business Advancement - Partner with business development, sales and strategy to identify service and product offering, pricing and definition. Participate in enhancement projects to improve customer service and retention.

  • Leader of Leader - develop leadership talent with multiple functions and product/solution delivery. Responsibilities of managing and directing multiple service centers in addition to responsibilities of Talent Development & Engagement.

  • Vendor Relationship Management - manage plan operations and services. Leads relationships with vendors as appropriate (Health carriers, anciallary providers, MEP/Retirement Plan). Works with vendor on identified areas of opportunity contributing to continuously improving performance excellence.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree

  • Major Area of Concentration is 1Business Administration, Health & Wealth disciplines (HealthCare, Retirement/Investments, and Human Resources).

  • Other Education requirements are GBA, RPA, CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, QKA a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years of Directly related experience.

•Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.

•Exceptional communication abilities, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and effectiveness in both verbal and written forms.

•Strong background in developing talent and fostering growth, focusing on empowering and motivating team members.

•Comprehensive experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of current trends and best practices.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $71,600.00 - $145,200.00 / Year
