ADP Global Finance Data Logistics and Analytics Lead Accountant (Governance/Transformation) in Makati City, Philippines

Provide functional user support and expertise & consultation in new and existing Hyperion products and solutions (EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARC’s Tax Reporting & Narrative Reporting) • Participate and support technology and best practices for Enterprise-wide product and solution business as usual and development initiatives • Provide systems support and help govern current finance FP&A and Consolidations and Planning environments Forecasting, Consolidations, blueprints • Assist with initiatives and project roadmap that drives and improve efficiency which is aligned with business strategy • Identify key interactions with business process and internal and external clients • Provide stability, data integrity, change management, tied to business process • Participate in the design, development and testing to implement solutions consistent with financial objectives • Results-oriented, have knowledge of existing and new technologies and be familiar with business process, functions and data within FP&A and Accounting to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions • May develop and review requirements, create design documents, test • Application developers also participate and collaborate with other stakeholder including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, & procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects • Roles must have financial acumen as well as IT process to be able to work functionally with end users or back end support functions • Job family will technically support the FP&A, Accounting, and External Consolidations processes. Performs other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, accounting, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
