Your mission in a nutshell? To support the ADP Philippines business by producing high-quality content across various platforms to inform, engage, and educate our audience.

THINGS YOU’LL DO

  • Content Creation: Leverage seasoned experience in writing to produce compelling and informative content across various formats, including announcements, executive messages, product updates, video scripting, and more.

  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and best practices, thorough editing and proofreading to maintain high quality and consistency.

  • Research : Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure accuracy, credibility, and relevance of content, utilizing diverse sources and data.

  • Project Management : Create campaigns and drive projects that contribute to our brand internally and externally.

  • Stakeholder Management : Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with partners and executives, understanding their needs and delivering content solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Content Strategy : Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives, driving audience engagement and growth.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation and project management, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Internal Communication, Public Relations or related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates communication skills across various formats.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing with clients and executives to understand requirements and deliver results.

  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources, effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE

  • Self-starter who is intellectually curious and enthusiastic about creative/innovative ideas.

  • Familiarity with Employer Branding principles and best practices.

  • Experience and interest in Brand-building projects and events.
