In this leadership role, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and enhancement of OneData, our state-of-the-art global data platform. This role calls for a robust blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and business acumen. You will oversee a team of product managers as well as drive parts of the platforms yourself while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams within ADP to ensure that OneData meets the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, service, developers, analysts, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps create and establish product strategy and roadmap. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles and how to satisfy a diverse group of global stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Strategic Leadership. You'll work closely with your team to define and execute the product vision and strategy for OneData, ensuring alignment with ADP’s broader business goals. Drive innovation and trasformation in the data management space, setting clear goals and expectations to the team.

• Team Leadership. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure team alignment with the strategic vision and business objectives.

• You'll create strong alliances with key stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and is bought-in to the OneData strategy and initiatives. Serve as the chief advocate and spokesperson for OneData.

• Research & Requirements. You'll lead discovery, design and delivery. You'll document and prioritise product features. You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better. You'll incorporate what makes sense into your product roadmap based on our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on your products.

• Operational Excellence. You will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure product success and team performance.

• Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams on client experience journeys, to delivering new features, product enhancements. Best part? You'll get to see those ideas come to life.

• You'll speak to internal and external stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a global enterprise environment

• To thrive in this role, you have 6+ years in building and deploying data products or data heavy products

• Proven experience in leading large scale data platform initiatives with a successful track record of strategic product leadership.

• Proven experience in leading successful product management teams.

• Strong technical understanding of cloud-based data platforms.

• The ideal candidate has experience with Databricks.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and leading teams across geographical and functional boundaries.

• You are skilled at breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact.

• Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
