ADP Sr. Global Program Manager in Prague - River Garden, Czech Republic

Position Description

The Sr. Global Program Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the activities of highly complex, large-scale multinational implementation programs; ensures that program and project deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and in accordance to specification; responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients and between multiple regions and constituencies and senior management. She/he will work with key stakeholders (client, sales, implementation) to resolve any issues and escalations throughout the implementation process.

The Sr. Global Program Manager is the fundamental conduit both internally and externally between executives and the Implementation teams, ensuring delivery against contracted scope and delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the Program Preparation Phase (PPP), establishing Program Governance and initiating setup of all global components, and obtaining PPP deliverables sign-off.

  • Manage escalations throughout the duration of the program, with a program leader mindset, bringing the best path and obtaining leaders´ decisions, if necessary.

  • Prepare and lead Steering Committee meetings with your client peer, with the objective to share with stakeholders the overall program status, risks and mitigations, which may require client Executive decisions.

  • Manage full lifecycle implementation programs for complex, multi-national companies over a multiple year period.

  • Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships, building trust with our client's key decision-makers to understand their business and strategic objectives, as well as documentation requirements.

  • Build an implementation strategy for complex programs.

  • Communicate with executive level stakeholders (C3) in a program-oriented setting where project risk is substantial and communication requirements are highly complex.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks to successfully meet program objectives.

  • Consult, influence, and communicate strategies to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and deliver an implementation program with the highest quality.

  • Partner with sales during the sales process, including participating in prospect meetings.

  • Liaise with internal groups within ADP to ensure alignment on implementation deliverables and methodology and to deliver a positive global client experience.

  • Lead with a solution-oriented and innovative approach to incorporate new technology, methodologies, and/or processes through the lens of increasing productivity, efficiency, quality, and improved client experiences.

Qualifications:

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing global multinational projects (Payroll, HR or Time & Attendance projects a plus).

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and being strategic with executive level managers in a program-oriented setting where project risk is substantial and communication requirements are highly complex.

  • Demonstrated ability to build an implementation strategy with client peer for programs focusing on partnership and objectives.

  • Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal.

  • Comfortable working closely with senior-level executives across the organization.

  • Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.

  • Highly collaborative with a partner mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in complex environments and governance.

  • International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment.

  • Must be able to understand HR/Payroll processes and high-level concepts.

  • Experience with Project Management, SAFe Agile methodology is a plus.
