ADP KYC Specialist in Staines, United Kingdom

An exciting oppartuinity is available to join ADP as a KYC Specialist! You will play an integral part in facilitating the Know Your Client checks for our UK Money Movement payment service solution. As the main contact between sales and any potential clients you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills and adhere to the internal SLAs. It will be your responsibility to guide the clients through ADPs onboarding and client review process and ensure documents are obtained and satisfy internal requirements. This role gives you the opportunity to connect with internal stakeholders and potential clients. Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Clients. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each potential client. Through your expertise and relationship-building, you'll successfully onboard clients meeting the standards set out by ADP. You will support our KYC speclialists by assisting with the following, new client onboarding, periodic reviews, internal sales queries, potential remediation projects and process improvement tasks

  • Partner Internally.  You will interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and UK compliance . You will exchange routine information with members of the compliance team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise. 

  • Multi-Task & Communicate.  You will work on multiple time-sensitive onboarding tasks and queries. You will share essential information with clients and internal teams.

  • You adhere to a daily schedule and organise yourself to deal with a potentially high volume of tasks, queries and calls relating to KYC checks.

Experience & Skills required:

  • Previous client AML onboarding experience

  • Previous client AML periodic reviews experience

  • Advise compliance manager and MLRO on high risk clients

  • Indepth knowledge of complex ownership structures

  • Knowledge and experience of current UK AML/CTF regulations and requirements

  • A high level of attention to detail

  • Streamline current processes

  • Assist yearly AML audits

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and IT skills
