ADP Sr. Payroll Advisor in Tempe, Arizona

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Payroll Advisor to join our team. As a Sr. Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Your expertise in payroll tax, payroll process, Ultipro, People Soft, and ADP Enterprise will be essential in this role. You will be a key player in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

  • Collaborate with HR team to resolve any payroll-related issues

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and technology

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing

  • Expertise in payroll tax, payroll process, Ultipro, People Soft, and ADP Enterprise

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation

  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing

  • Experience with international payroll processing

You will also need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure payroll is processed correctly.
