This role encompasses the following:

Strategic Business Partner: Works with key clients' management to assist in achieving mission and objectives through performance consulting services. Responsible for assigned internal - external client group(s). Anticipates client needs and recommends effective solutions. Coaches client's senior and mid-level managers and provides them recommendations for action to improve organizational performance.

Human Performance Improvement: conducts business, performance and cause analysis. Selects and implements learning interventions to enhance associates' performance and business results in line with business unit strategies and goals. With external clients, identifies and recommends other interventions needed to enhance employee performance such as role clarification, process standardization, management feedback and coaching, etc.

Intervention Administration: Directs and manages the implementation of the selected learning interventions from selection through implementation, evaluation and reinforcement making sure it is administered and managed well. Partners with business unit and key clients to strategize and implement change management associated with intervention.

Measurement - Evaluation: identifies and defines success measures for interventions. Gathers and analyzes data, reports findings and communicates suggested actions on a continuous basis.

Relationship Building/Management: Builds and cultivates relationships with Clients Leadership, Internal HR Business Partner team, Learning - Performance and external preferred vendors.

Learning Liaison: Serves as assigned clients' primary point of contact for employee learning-related needs and opportunities. Communicates clients needs to Learning - Performance organization to ensure L-Ps strategies, goals and priorities are aligned with client objectives. Regularly updates clients on learning opportunities and services available through LSG. Helps to tailor LSG wide learning initiatives to unique needs of each client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning, directing and delivering performance consulting service in support of the business unit objectives.

  • Collaborates with other Performance Consultants and stakeholders to analyze, clients and associate performance needs, gaps and causes.

  • Works with the clients to ensure measurements for evaluation are identified, agreed to and in place to capture the effectiveness of the implemented training interventions.

  • Routinely reports back data/findings and progress to the client to ensure learning interventions continue to support and positively drive towards desired outcomes.

  • Directs and manages the learning intervention throughout its lifespan and shares responsibility with the client to ensure it is administrated and managed well.

  • Provides feedback and coaches the business on issues related to learning interventions.

  • May develop targeted content as boosters/reinforcement sessions. Follows a standard L-P consulting methodology.

  • Supports Learning Executive/or other Performance Consultants in the implementation of learning interventions that impact various business units.

  • As a member of the LSG team, acts as the strategic business partner for Learning and Performance (training) to business leaders.

  • Proactively collaborates with senior leaders (client) to define desired performance outcomes and drivers.

  • Recommends strategic and tactical learning interventions to client for review, selection, implementation and evaluation.

  • Partners with CREs HRBPs, other ADP Learning - Performance colleagues and outside vendors to uncover , leverage and/or develop learning interventions.

  • Collaborates with the client to ensure measurements for evaluation are identified, agreed to and in place to capture the effectiveness of the implemented training interventions.

  • Partners with and shares responsibility with client for change management associated with the learning intervention.

  • May facilitate initial and reinforcement sessions with client to transfer skills needed to promote and sustain ongoing performance related to the learning intervention.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 50% travel activity is required for this role.

  • 2-4 years of people leadership experience required.

  • 2-6 years of experience in a performance consulting environment, with proven proficiency in facilitating and designing leadership programs and interventions; demonstrated consulting skills; experience in working with all levels of leadership, particularly senior level audiences.

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • Must be able to work independently in setting agenda and schedule.

  • Must have current knowledge of group processes and adult learning technologies, management theories and core business orientation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent facilitation, consulting and presentation skills are essential.

  • Ability to establish credibility with client base as a valuable resource and consultant in leadership and organizational development.

  • Ability to effectively apply knowledge of group processes, adult learning, management theories, models, and other OD processes.

  • Ability to effectively balance theory and practical application of course content and learning objectives.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $70,100.00 - $142,200.00 / Year
